Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Contractor: Recyco, located in Zuidoostbeemster, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
- Client: The natural or legal person making use of Recyco’s services.
- Products: Deposit bags designed and manufactured by Recyco.
- Services: Quick scans, communication and marketing advice, and related services provided by Recyco.
2. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries of products and services by Recyco, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Formation of Agreement
The agreement is established once the client accepts an offer from Recyco, confirmed in writing or digitally.
4. Cancellation and Changes
Orders or services may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. In the event of later cancellation, Recyco reserves the right to charge fees. Scheduling changes (delivery times, etc.) will be arranged in consultation.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If this term is exceeded, Recyco is entitled to charge interest and administration fees.
6. Liability
Recyco is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the related product or service.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties are obligated to keep all confidential information obtained within the framework of the agreement private.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and content provided by Recyco remain the property of Recyco, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Complaints Procedure
Complaints regarding the execution of products or services must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. Recyco will respond within 14 days.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If necessary, the court in Amsterdam has jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
Recyco reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version is always available at www.recyco-promotions.com.
